Selecting the right aircraft is easy, a piece of cake, nothing to it, right?

    Wrong!

In actuality, you'll probably select four or five different aircraft, or more, before you finally begin construction on just one.

Let's say you just can't live without having the latest thing in homebuilts: the Stumpfire Sport Rocket. It's a beaut, but can you afford it? Will you need to borrow a few bucks to buy it? How about insurance, is it available? Wait, the insurance guys won't even talk about the Stumpfire. So much for getting financing if you can't insure it. Now you find out that it doesn't even meet the 51% Rule. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Better do some more research.
